What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:30 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Check-out is at an early hour because we want to guarantee check-in at 12.30 and we need at least two hours to sanitise the rooms.
Is late check-out possible?
For those who want to stay after check-out time, supplements are foreseen, both for access to the Thermal Wellness Park until 7 pm, and for the support room, and for lunch. All these services can be purchased subject to confirmation of availability.
Within what time can I cancel my booking?
It depends on the rate chosen: the "PAY LATER" option be cancelled up to 3 days before arrival. Penalties are applied for cancellation in the last two days before arrival. Cancellation of the “PAY NOW” rate always involves the loss of the amount paid
Are pets allowed?
We are happy to welcome small pets (max 15 kg) at a cost of € 15 per day. Pets are not allowed in the common areas or in the Thermal Wellness Park. Owners must have insurance and a health card for their pet.
Are you a Family Hotel?
We decided not to be a family hotel. We do not have spaces dedicated to children, children's menus or entertainment. Furthermore, we fail to respond to children's natural need to play, sometimes loudly. For these reasons, our little guests know that our hotel is for "grown-up" holidays and we guarantee them, as well as adults, a quiet and relaxing place.
Why do small children pay?
The amount we ask allows us to maintain the standards of service that our customers request from of us.
What are the opening hours of the pools, the Wellness Centre and the Thermal Baths?
The Thermal Wellness Park, with the pools, is open every day from 8 am to 11 pm. The Wellness Centre has flexible hours subject to booking and the Thermal Baths are available from 5 am to 12 noon.
Can I use the pool after check-out?
It depends upon availability. If it is possible, you can stay in the Thermal Wellness Park until 7 pm, with a supplement. We only guarantee a small number of admissions after check-out based on the influx of customers arriving. If we also left the pools available to departing guests, along with the guests arriving on the same day, we would exceed the threshold of comfort that we have set ourselves.
Is wearing a swimming hat mandatory?
Yes and you can also purchase one here at the hotel.
Is it possible to access the Thermal Wellness Park if you are not a guest staying at the Hotel?
Yes, but daily admissions are extremely limited because we always give precedence to Hotel guests.
What should I bring with me to the pool?
Non-slip slippers, swimming hat and large towel. You will find a bathrobe in our SPA Bag. You can rent a large towel for € 5 and you can purchase a swimming hat from Reception for € 4.5.
Can I book treatment times?
Yes, of course. When you make your booking, you can request the times you prefer.
How does the ASL-Local Health Authority agreement work?
The spa centre at the Hotel Eliseo has an agreement with the National Health Service. To take advantage of the benefits, you need a medical prescription. Take a look at the details in the “Info and ASL (Local Health Authority) agreement” section of the Spa page.
Do you offer half-board and full-board accommodation?
Yes, for more information ask at the Reception.
Can you choose between having lunch on the day of arrival and the day of departure?
No. Full-board always includes lunch on your day of arrival. You can add lunch on your day of departure for an extra amount.
Are drinks included?
No. Drinks are not included in half-board or full-board accommodation.
La mezza pensione comprende il pranzo o la cena?
It always includes dinner.
What is the dress code for the restaurant?
Smart Casual, or a combination of formal and casual clothing. Wearing slippers or men's vests in the restaurant is not permitted.
