Montegrotto Terme is known as Veneto's “garden city” and is located 2 km from Abano and 10 km from Padua. After the spa treatments, the town is the perfect place or a walk through the avenues, with its shop windows and cafes. Those who love walking can go to the hill of Monte Ceva, where you can visit the elegant Villa Draghi and the Church of the Santissimo Rosario. At the Roman baths, in the archaeological area, you can see the ruins of a majestic thermal structure dating back to the 1st and 2nd centuries BC. A short distance from the Eliseo Hotel, there is the "Butterfly Arc", a tropical garden where 400 types of butterfly live in freedom.

On the SP2, in the direction of Montegrotto Terme, drive past 3 roundabouts and (after 4 km), at the 4th roundabout, take the 2nd exit and drive straight on. From Bologna, driving along the A13 motorway (Padua-Bologna) we recommend taking the Terme Euganee exit and, from here, follow the signs towards Padua on the left. After 500 m, you will find the SS Adriatica (SS16) state road. Continue in the direction of Padua and turn right towards Montegrotto/Torreglia entering the SS250. After driving past the 1st roundabout, at the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit and turn into Via Cataio/SP63. Turn left and take Via dei Colli, then turn right into Viale Stazione.
